European Resident Data Subject Rights


If you are a resident within the European Economic Area (“EEA”), the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) gives you the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. Third Party Marketing. If you are an EEA resident, you will have a choice (opt-in or opt-out) before we share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Provided that you have chosen to receive marketing messages from third parties, we may share your information (including Personal Data) with third parties for those third parties' own direct marketing purposes. Please note, messages delivered from a third party will subject you to the third party's privacy policy. Objection to legitimate interests: If you wish to object to our processing of your data where we are pursuing our legitimate interests or those of a third party please contacting us as at the contact details provided below stating the nature of and reasons for such objection.
