The recent trend<\/a> of parents going out of their way to give their children unique names<\/a> has brought up a lot of discussion on social media<\/a>. Some of these names sound cute when a child is 5 years old. But will Caeleigh, Zoomer<\/a> or Rhyedyr look like a serious adult<\/a> on a job application in a few years?<\/p>

A recent viral video on TikTok<\/a> is a unique twist on the current discussion surrounding names. Samantha Hart <\/a>has a name that doesn\u2019t seem like it would draw any negative attention in professional circles. However, her parents didn\u2019t consider email conventions when they named her back in the late \u201890s when email was new.<\/p>

\u201cMy name is Samantha Hart,\u201d the 27-year-old said. \u201cMost companies use the email designation of first initial, last name, meaning my email would be ‘shart.’\u201d For the uninitiated, a “shart” is an<\/a> unintentional release when one thinks they only have gas. Yikes.<\/p>\n
