At 77, &#8220;Ms. Stephanie&#8221; is still able to hold her own on the dance floor, popping and locking with people a third of her age, and she loves it. When you see her <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upworthy.com\/christopher-walken-dancing-in-over-50-movies-all-perfectly-spliced-into-a-single-music-video-rp\" target=\"_self\">dance<\/a>\u2014and her enviable muscle tone\u2014you might think she&#8217;d been a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upworthy.com\/morgan-bullock-savage-irish-dancing\" target=\"_self\">trained dancer<\/a> all her life. But in actuality, she didn&#8217;t take any formal dance lessons until she was almost 30.<\/p><p>In 2022, Walsh <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/watch\/?extid=CL-UNK-UNK-UNK-IOS_GK0T-GK1C&amp;mibextid=v7YzmG&amp;v=315684803855972\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">told Growing Bolder<\/a>, an active lifestyle brand, that she had wanted her daughter to dance when she was little, so she got her ballet lessons, which the daughter hated. Realizing that dancing was her dream and not her daughter&#8217;s, Walsh took her kiddo out of ballet and started classes herself right away. She had always loved to dance and developing her skills only led to more and more dancing.<\/p><p>These days, Ms. Stephanie gets her dance moves on at Fusion Fitness, where she encourages people to &#8220;dance like EVERYONE is watching.&#8221; One video of her dancing at Fusion has gone viral multiple times, and it&#8217;s easy to see why.
